Vitamin D3 Tablets: - Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. - Directions: Take one tablet every 2nd day with a meal, unchewed and with water. Do not exceed the recommended intake. - Storage: Store in a dry place, protected from light, not above 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. - Nutritional information: Per tablet (consumption amount every 2nd day) contains 50 µg (= 2,000 I.U.) vitamin D3.
