Practical. The tablets only need to be taken every 5 days (unlike many other preparations such as the drops in oil).

Good product! I took it every day during my pregnancy as my vitamin D was very low!

From the end of October to February every 5-7 days and the vitamin D requirement is covered, good for the bones and in general, because you can't get enough vitamin D from food.
