Arnica 1+1 DHU is a registered homeopathic medicinal product suitable for external and internal use. It contains the active ingredients Arnica montana ex planta tota 3a mother tincture in the ointment and Arnica Dil. D6 in the scattering globules. The use of Arnica 1+1 DHU should be avoided in children under 2 years of age and in children and adolescents aged 2-18 years only after consultation with a homeopathically experienced therapist. The scattering globules should be taken half-hourly to hourly for acute complaints, while 1-3 times daily is recommended for chronic cases. The ointment should be used as directed by the homeopathically experienced therapist and should not be applied to open wounds, eyes or mucous membranes. Possible side effects are not yet known for the scattering globules, but allergic reactions such as itching and reddening of the skin may occur when using the ointment. It is important to consult a doctor before using Arnica 1+1 DHU as a precaution, especially if the symptoms are persistent, unclear or new. Further information can be found in the package leaflet.
