Summary: Acirufan ampoules are a homeopathic medicinal product containing the active ingredients Acidum formicicum D4 and Aurum chloratum natronatum D4. It is registered without a therapeutic indication. It should be injected parenterally daily in acute conditions and 2-3 times a week in chronic courses. Pregnant women and children under 12 years of age should not use it. There are no known interactions with other medicines. Side effects are also not known.
