Of course, it is not as effective as a decongestant nasal spray, but: it moisturises the nasal mucous membranes excellently and the eucalyptus content creates a fresh feeling in the nose! If I try to get used to it again after a long period of nasal spray abuse, only one nostril gets the decongestant and the other nostril gets this seawater spray for about ten days, then one nostril is weaned off and then I do the same with the other one - my doctor advised me at the time as I suffer a lot from colds.

Sure, the decongestant effect takes a little while to fully develop, but the mucous membrane doesn't swell up excessively afterwards like it does with conventional sprays. The eucalyptus oil allows you to breathe easily and also cares for your nose. I am very satisfied!
