The enteric-coated tablets contain an enzyme complex of papain, trypsin and chymotrypsin.Six tablets contain 324 mg papain from papaya, 348 mg trypsin from beef and pork and 180 mg chymotrypsin from beef.It also contains nutrients including fat, carbohydrates, protein and salt.The calorific value per 100 g is 1028 kJ / 251 kcal, per 6 tablets 31 kJ / 8 kcal and per 12 tablets 62 kJ / 16 kcal.Fat is 1.9 g per 100 g, 0.06 g per 6 tablets and 0.12 g per 12 tablets, with unsaturated fatty acids accounting for 1.4 g per 100 g, 0.04 g per 6 tablets and 0.08 g per 12 tablets.Carbohydrates and sugars are respectively less than 0.2 g per 100 g, less than 0.1 g per 6 tablets and less than 0.2 g per 12 tablets.Protein is 24g per 100g, 0.7g per 6 tablets and 1.4g per 12 tablets.Salt is 0.36 g (142 mg sodium) per 100 g, 0.01 g (4 mg sodium) per 6 tablets and 0.02 g (8 mg sodium) per 12 tablets.Papain is 10g per 100g, 324mg per 6 tablets and 648mg per 12 tablets.Trypsin is 11g per 100g, 348mg per 6 tablets and 696mg per 12 tablets.Chymotrypsin is 5.7g per 100g, 180mg per 6 tablets and 360mg per 12 tablets.

Mode of action

The enzyme complex consisting of papain, trypsin and chymotrypsin supports the regeneration of important body functions after chemotherapy or radiation therapy.These enzymes strengthen the immune system by inhibiting the formation of inflammatory and pain-causing messenger substances and at the same time promoting signaling substances that act against cancer cells.This promotes the effect of the therapy.The digestive enzymes also support the function of the stomach and intestinal mucosa.

Area of application

The enteric-coated tablets are used for the dietary management of oncological patients during and after chemotherapy or radiation therapy.No prescription is required for this product.

Dosage

During therapy, 4 tablets should be taken 3 times a day.After therapy, the dose is reduced to 3 times 2 tablets daily.To avoid an overdose, the specified dose should not be exceeded.For optimal effect, it should be taken outside of meals, at least 30 minutes or at least 90 minutes after eating.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.Caution is advised when taking blood-thinning medications at the same time.
