gingko al 240 has greatly improved my short-term memory - i.e. from a few seconds to a few minutes. there was a lot going on under the motto "how do my glasses get into the fridge?" however, it took over 6 months with 2 film-coated tablets of 240 mg daily until I noticed a significant improvement. i am almost 75 years old and continue to take the product. i have not noticed any side effects.

I am satisfied. Well tolerated. With regular use it actually improves memory.
