This dietary supplement contains the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which have a positive effect on heart function when consumed 250 mg daily.Thiamine also supports normal heart function.Potassium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function, with potassium also contributing to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.Magnesium also helps with electrolyte balance.Vitamin B12 and folic acid support normal homocysteine metabolism, while niacin and magnesium promote energy metabolism.The product also contains coenzyme Q10.

Galacordin complex Omega-3 tablets contain the following ingredients: Tableting aids such as microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, palm kernel oil and mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.It also contains magnesium salts of citric acid, potassium chloride and various components of the tablet coating, including hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, titanium dioxide, glycerin, vanillin and iron oxides and iron hydroxides.The product also contains ubiquinone, nicotinamide, thiamine mononitrate, cyanocobalamin and pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

The fish oil capsules consist of fish oil concentrate with 21.6% EPA and 14.4% DHA as well as a capsule shell made of bovine gelatin, glycerin and water.

Dosage
