The article "Puren Vitalstoffkomplex Beutel" is a food supplement with important vitamins and trace elements as well as secondary plant substances. It is recommended that the contents of one sachet be stirred into 100-150 ml of water daily and taken with or after a meal. The product supports the normal function of the immune system. Among other things, it contains vitamins such as A, B, C, D, E and K, as well as minerals such as iron, zinc and manganese. The use of food supplements does not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. People who are hypersensitive to the ingredients should not use the product. My family takes a sachet of Puren Vitalkomplex every day for the immune system. We think that after 4 weeks of taking this every day, they no longer start the day so tired. They both have jobs where they work hard and the days are long. People around them often have a cold or a stomach bug. Thanks to Puren, my family is apparently no longer as susceptible as without these daily sachets. Sometimes they take it for 4 weeks at a time, but we have also taken it for periods of 3 months. I think it's good to start the day well protected, especially during this corona period. This vital substance complex helps in any case and the price is unbeatable compared to other products that help half as well. This is our experience with it.

I was allowed to test PUREN Vitalkomplex with my husband. The product dissolves easily in water and tastes deliciously of orange! Taking it is uncomplicated! My husband is active in sports every day and now feels even more energetic! My immune system is slightly weakened and I now also feel less exhausted and fitter! We give the product an overall rating of 5 stars and a clear recommendation!

Since taking it once a week during the usual cold season, we have not had any more severe colds. If we get a scratchy throat or a runny nose, we just take it and a day later everything is fine again.

The powder has a good flavour, but I would dissolve it in more water as it is not as intense. I can't judge the effect yet

I am lucky enough to test the sachets and I have to say that they are good for me, as I have a very weak immune system anyway due to medication and chronic illness, it helps me to be a bit fitter and more alert ... as I am very often tired. It tastes deliciously of orange ... I can recommend it to others .
