Dosage

Please clean the skin generously before use.Then massage the Frei Öl figure oil into the still damp skin in circular movements and with a little pressure.Free oil figure oil can be used for massages on the stomach, thighs, buttocks, breasts and upper arms.Ideally, stroke with light pressure, starting from the knee and over the thighs to the buttocks.This activates blood circulation and metabolism.During all massages, please always massage towards the heart and gently pluck the oil away from the muscles.

Can I also use the figure oil while I'm breastfeeding?Yes, you can use frei öl® figure oil while breastfeeding.In this case, however, we advise against using it on the breasts.

Application

For a visibly toned body - use Frei Öl Figure Oil daily after cleansing on damp skin.Distribute the Frei Öl figure oil on the thigh.Start massaging above the knee and take the skin between your thumb and forefinger.Then gently pluck them away from the muscles.

Spread some oil on the bent leg and rub it starting from the knee over the thighs to the buttocks with light, even pressure.Always massage towards the heart.

Spread a small amount of the body oil on your stomach and alternately circle the navel with your palms left and right.Finally, gently pluck the abdominal tissue.
