Dosage

Weleda building lime 1 and 2 should be taken alternately.The single dose of 0.2 grams can be measured using the dosing trough on the top of the screw cap.A dose of Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 is taken in the morning and a dose of Weleda Aufbaukalk 2 in the evening. The powder should be taken with liquid.

Ingredients

Active ingredients: 10 grams of powder contains 0.5 grams of Conchae and 1 gram of Quercus, ethanol.Decoctum Trit.D3 (D2 according to HAB, v. 7; D3 according to HAB, v. 6).Other ingredients: Lactose monohydrate.
