Ginkgo Stada 120 mg is a herbal medicinal product used to improve age-related cognitive impairment and quality of life in mild dementia. It contains a dry extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves with a recommended dosage of one film-coated tablet twice daily for adults and elderly patients. It should be taken for at least 8 weeks. Ginkgo STADA promotes blood flow to the brain, improves memory and concentration. However, it can cause side effects such as gastrointestinal complaints, headaches and allergic skin reactions. The medicine should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients or increased bleeding tendency. Pregnant women should avoid it.
