Vitamin K2 & D3 capsules are a food supplement that supports the maintenance of muscles and bones. It contains vitamin D, vitamin K and magnesium, which help to maintain bones. Vitamin D and magnesium also contribute to the maintenance of normal muscle function. The capsules contain vitamin K2 in the readily available form of all-trans-menaquinone-7 and vitamin D3 from a vegetable source, making them suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The recommended intake is 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid with a meal. It is important to note that vitamin K2 may reduce the blood-thinning effect of vitamin K antagonists. The nutritional declaration per daily dose (1 capsule) includes 50 μg vitamin K2, 37.5 μg vitamin D3 and 60 mg magnesium. This corresponds to 67% of the recommended reference amount for vitamin K2, 750% for vitamin D3 and 16% for magnesium according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011.
