Each capsule contains 25 micrograms (1000 IU) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and 1545 micrograms of vitamin K. When taken every two days, this corresponds to 12.5 micrograms (500 IU) of vitamin D3, which represents 250% of the recommended daily dose according to LMIV , and 773 micrograms of vitamin K, which corresponds to 1031% of the recommended daily dose.

Application and dosage
