Ingredients

The ingredients of Betteryou Vegan Health Direct Spray N include water, sweeteners such as xylitol and glycerin, stabilizers such as gum arabic and lecithins, ferric sodium EDTA, medium chain triglycerides, preservatives such as potassium sorbate, acidity regulator citric acid, natural berry flavor, thickener xanthan gum, potassium iodide, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3),5’-Deoxyadenosylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) and Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12).

Two sprays contain 37.5 µg vitamin D (equivalent to 1,500 IE or 750% of the reference amount), 3.0 µg vitamin B12 (120% of the reference amount), 2.5 mg iron (18% of the reference amount) and 75 µg iodine (50% of the reference amount).The percentages refer to the reference amount according to EU-Food Information Ordinance.

Contraindications

People who are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned should not use the product.

Dosage

Before using for the first time, you should press the spray head three times until the first spray comes out.Shake well before each use and spray carefully on the inside of the cheeks.Allow the spray to take effect for a few seconds and close the lid again after use.The recommended dosage is two sprays every two days, which you can take either all at once or spread throughout the day.It can be taken at any time of the day and regardless of meals.
