Bone Cartilage Duo Capsules are a dietary supplement containing important substances for the maintenance of mobility. This bi-phase product has been developed to provide the ingredients at the right time. The capsules contain vitamin C, which contributes to the normal function of bones and cartilage. Zinc and manganese contribute to normal bone maintenance, while copper is important for connective tissue. Vitamins E, B2 and selenium support cell protection against oxidative stress. In addition, the capsules contain devil's claw extract and astaxanthin, a carotenoid from algae. 920 mg glucosamine and 300 mg chondroitin sulphate are provided per day. The recommended daily intake is 2 light morning capsules and 2 dark evening capsules.
