Dekristolvit D3 5,600 I.U. tablets are a food supplement with vitamin D3, which supports the immune system and has an important role in maintaining normal bones and muscles. Vitamin D influences numerous processes in the body and has a regulating effect on the immune system, ensures strong bones and healthy teeth, supports muscle work and is involved in cell division. An undersupply of vitamin D is widespread in many age groups in Germany. Dekristolvit D3 5,600 I.U. tablets can help to cover the daily requirement of vitamin D. The dosage is 1 tablet per week. The tablets contain 140 μg (equivalent to 5600 I.U.) of vitamin D3. No more than the stated recommended daily intake should be taken. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
