Meta Care Colon lecithin capsules are a dietary supplement that combines high-quality phosphatidylcholine with important vitamins and the amino acid L-glutamine.These ingredients are needed in large quantities by the intestines.Phosphatidylcholine, a special lecithin, is a central building block of the intestinal mucosa and is therefore essential for maintaining the intestinal barrier.Additionally, the product contains zinc, which supports the metabolism of macronutrients and fatty acid metabolism.Zinc also helps protect cells from oxidative stress.The formula is complemented by wormwood leaf extract, which provides herbal support.

The Meta Care Colon lecithin capsules contain the following active ingredients and ingredients: vitamin B6, vitamin B12, zinc, molybdenum, rapeseed lecithin, L-glutamine and wormwood leaf extract.

Ingredients per daily dose (6 capsules)

Vitamin B6 (2.8 mg = 200% NRV*), vitamin B12 (4.8 µg = 192% NRV*), zinc (15 mg = 150% NRV*), molybdenum (50 µg = 100% NRV*), rapeseed lecithin (1218 mg; of which phospholipids 780 mg), L-glutamine(1800 mg), Wormwood Leaf Extract (300 mg).* % NRV = Nutrient reference values according to VO (EU) No. 1169/2011.

Application and dosage

The recommended consumption for Meta Care colon lecithin capsules is two capsules three times a day, taken whole and after eating with a little liquid.
