Instructions for use of the article ThermaCare heat pads Flexible for large areas of pain: - The heat pads are flexible to use and can be attached to the skin with four adhesive dots. - They are suitable for treating pain in the shoulder and upper back. - The heat pads relieve muscle and joint pain caused by muscle tension, overexertion, strains and arthritis. - The therapeutic deep heat lasts constantly for 8 hours and relaxes cramped muscles. - Before use, contraindications such as diabetes, circulatory disorders, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or pregnancy should be considered. - In case of skin irritation, burns or persistent changes of the skin, the application should be stopped. - The heat pads should not be used on diseased, injured or damaged skin, on bruises and swellings, or on areas of the body that do not feel warmth. - People who cannot remove the product themselves or who cannot follow the application instructions should not use it. - The product should not be used on the face or head, chest, inside the arm or armpit, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, back of the knee, feet or toes. - People over 55 years of age should not use ThermaCare while sleeping.
