Directions for use of the article Cefavit D3 7.000 I.U. Film-Coated Tablets Food supplements with high doses of vitamin D3 support the maintenance of normal bones and teeth as well as the normal function of the immune system and muscles. They also play a role in cell division and normal calcium concentration in the blood. The recommended intake is 1 film-coated tablet once a week for adults and 1 film-coated tablet every 2 weeks for children (2 years and older) and adolescents. Per film-coated tablet it contains 7,000 I.U. vitamin D3 (175 μg). The ingredients include fillers such as microcrystalline cellulose and monocalcium phosphate, coating agents such as hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colouring agents such as calcium carbonate, anti-caking agents such as magnesium salts of fatty acids, and coating agents such as polyethylene glycol. The product contains no allergens and should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and the recommended intake should not be exceeded.
