Directions for use of the article DermaSel psoriasis ointment: DermaSel Therapy SCHUPPENFLECHTE SALBE is a medicinal product for the treatment and relief of symptoms of dry, reddened skin prone to increased scaling, such as psoriasis vulgaris. It promotes the desquamation process and reduces redness caused by flaking and dryness. The ointment contains Dead Sea salt and Dead Sea magnesium chloride. In addition, it contains extracts of the Indian frankincense tree and South African devil's claw, which have an anti-inflammatory effect and reduce skin redness. Moisturisation is provided by urea, glycerin and hemp oil, which maintain skin elasticity. The ointment is free of cortisone, fragrances and colourants, PEG and mineral oil. It can be used over a longer period of time and is suitable for children from 3 years of age. No open wounds are applied and it is recommended to clarify unexplained skin diseases with a doctor.
