Dosage

Recommended dosage of Vitamaze L-ARGININ HOCHDOSIERT 4,500 mg: Take 2 capsules in the morning and evening before a meal with enough water.30 minutes before intensive exertion, two more capsules can be temporarily consumed, thereby increasing the daily dose to 3 x 2 capsules.
