i have taken this OPC, have suffered from heart rhythm disturbances, ringing in the ears and a bloody rash. everyone can decide for themselves whether to take it. I certainly don't anymore ... because since I stopped taking it, the symptoms have disappeared....

Unfortunately, it is only dream kernel meal and not really the effective oil extract! Even if other suppliers also use this name, it is misleading and the effect of the meal in contrast to the oil extract is negligible and not worth the price!

First of all: what's inside? Daily dose of high-dose grape seed extract + vitamin C capsules. I found exactly what I needed. I didn't feel particularly well beforehand and must have been lacking vitamins. After the first intake I felt really full of life / was able to do my daily work very well. Didn't feel tired all the time. The formula seems to work very well! Furthermore, the service here is excellent. OPC GRAPE CORE - EXTRACT capsules highly dosed with vitamin C. The capsules arrived quickly. I tolerate these capsules very well, they are easy to swallow and OPC capsules improve my concentration and performance. However, I have not yet taken them with vitamin C. Vitamin C is supposed to support and strengthen the effect.

Highly dosed and still cheap. I take the cheaper offer of 4 doses. My whole body is better supplied with blood and apparently the intestines are also much better supplied with blood and therefore also with nutrients. Since taking it, my years of chronic diarrhoea, which has not responded to any intestinal symbiotics or probiotics, has disappeared quickly and permanently. Simply great!

I bought OPC GRAPE CORE EXTRACT high-dose + vitamin C in capsule form as part of a metabolic cure. The OPC capsules arrived in a box that was far too big, but they were packed safely. The capsules are easy to take without any problems. I think it's great that it's not just pure OPC, but that vitamin C is also included.

The tablets consist of grape seed extract, ascorbic acid and no anti-caking agents. A total of 180 capsules are included, so you have a long supply for a long time. Adults are recommended to take one capsule a day before a meal with two glasses of water. I have been taking the capsules for a few days now and feel better.

I have been taking grape seed extract for years, but have always had problems with side effects from other products. I didn't tolerate them so well. I tried the biotin from Vitamaze and was very satisfied. This also made me aware of the OPC from Vitamaze and I am now delighted. I tolerate the capsules very well.
