I was sent the product to test. I find the consistency and flavour of the soft gums okay. Unfortunately, the product had no effect on me. I had really hoped that I would finally fall asleep more quickly by taking it.

Tested for 2 weeks and also felt a clear effect: fell asleep more easily, slept through the night a little better. However, I had hoped for more effect. I find the soft gums very tasty!

I received this product as part of a product test. These soft gums have a good flavour. As far as the effect is concerned, I didn't notice any difference. However, I wasn't able to test them for long. But I don't assume that you have to take them for a long time.

I received this product to test. Although I became tired relatively quickly, the time it took me to fall asleep was not reduced. I also woke up more often than usual. Good flavour.

I believe it helps.... Either it really helps, or it's faith that does it. However, I fell asleep quite well and slept pretty much through the night.
