A soft gummy contains 1 mg of melatonin, which helps you fall asleep faster*.It also contains 30 mg valerian extract, 10 mg chamomile extract, 10 mg lavender extract and 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (100% of the reference amount).The full list of ingredients includes glucose syrup, sugar, water, gelatin (beef), valerian root extract, acidity regulator citric acid, elderberry juice concentrate, lavender flower extract, chamomile flower extract, antioxidant ascorbic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin, natural flavor and glazing agent carnauba wax.
