The ingredients of Aquilea Sleep Compact tablets include stabilizer hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata), California poppy extract (Eschscholzia californica), fillers dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis), anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, cross-linked stabilizerSodium carboxymethylcellulose, melatonin and indigo carmine dye.

Ingredients per 1 tablet: melatonin 1 mg, plant extracts: valerian 50 mg, passionflower 100 mg, California poppy 100 mg.

Dosage

The recommended dosage for Aquilea Sleep Compact tablets is 1 tablet 30 minutes before going to bed.To relieve the subjective jet lag sensation, it is used on the day of travel and in the first few days afterwards.
