Dosage

Recommended use of Kneipp® Valerian Night 700 mg film-coated tablets: Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over take one film-coated tablet ½ to 1 hour before going to bed to support sleep.To improve your condition during nervous stress, one film-coated tablet can be taken up to three times a day.The maximum daily dose is four film-coated tablets.
