Recommended consumption

To prepare a shake, mix two heaped tablespoons (approx. 30 g) of the powder with 300 ml of soy milk, skimmed milk or water.For example, you can use a blender cup to do this.The shake can be drunk between meals or directly after exercise.Since the protein preparation only contains 1.8% carbohydrates, it is also suitable for enriching a ketogenic diet or a low-carb diet with additional protein.
