For you Protein Power Vanilla is a protein concentrate with a protein content of 80%.It also contains zinc, magnesium, calcium and L-carnitine (1.7%) and is used to make a shake.The product contains sweeteners.

Use and preparation

It is recommended to drink a portion of the shake 1-3 times a day.To prepare one portion, 30 g of powder (equivalent to 2 heaped tablespoons) are mixed with 200 ml of skimmed milk (0.3% fat) or water.This can be done with a whisk, in a blender jar, or with an electric mixer.

Storage

The product should be stored in a cool and dry place.After opening it should be used as quickly as possible.
