Instructions for use for SEDARISTON Concentrate hard capsules, 30 pcs
Sedariston Concentrate Hard Capsules are a herbal medicinal product used for the supportive treatment of mild temporary depressive disorders with nervous restlessness and nervous-induced difficulties in falling asleep. It contains dry extracts of St. John's wort and valerian root. The combination of these plant extracts has a calming, sleep-promoting and mood-lifting effect. The effect takes effect after just a few hours and continues to develop after one to two weeks. The hard capsules are well tolerated and can be taken by children from 6 years of age. The recommended dosage for children aged 6 to 12 years is 1 hard capsule daily, while adolescents aged 12 years and over and adults should take either 2 times 2 hard capsules or 4 times 1 hard capsule a day. Take with some liquid, ideally at the same times. The capsules should be stored away from heat. There are some contraindications to consider, such as hypersensitivity to the ingredients, increased photosensitivity of the skin and certain age groups in which the medicine should not be used. Side effects occur rarely and are usually minor. However, the medicine should not be used for longer than 4 weeks unless recommended by a doctor. Sedariston was a very good and quick help for me with stress-related sleep disorders. I will also use it again in future if I have problems. Taking it was uncomplicated and had no side effects.

I have been taking Sedariston at home for several months now. The stress at work is affecting me mentally and causing sleep disorders and inner restlessness. I try to combat this with herbal medication. That's how I came to Sedariston and I feel much better with it than without, I can relax better and calm down more easily. That's why I always take Sedariston in stressful times.

I can't write much about Sedariston. It helps as described and I had no side effects. If I ever need it again, it will be my first choice again.

I have actually only had good experiences with Sedariston. It works quickly and helps well. I haven't had any side effects. I don't expect more and I don't want more. 5 stars and I would be happy to use it again at any time.

With my son, who likes to turn day into night and night into day, I find SEDARISTON Concentrate Capsules downright brilliant. With a dosage of 1/1/2 - his understanding of day and night has changed. He now often goes to sleep by himself without any fuss. We used to have discussions at 11pm. Even though he had to go to school. It's a remedy that doesn't affect his ability to learn - and still makes him feel good in the evening. The positive side effect is that his school performance has also improved as a result. According to his teacher, he is more attentive and receptive than before. If there is an additional effect like this, then that is very satisfying.

At the moment I'm in an extreme low again, the stress at work and personal problems mean I can't think straight. I come home in the evening and really just want to spend a few pleasant hours with my family, but the constant restlessness won't let me go. I can no longer let myself go and enjoy my free time because I only have work on my mind. I've already tried calming teas, but they only bring temporary relief. Now my brother has made me aware of Sedariston and I have ordered it. I started taking it as soon as it arrived a fortnight ago and so far I can only report positive results. The effect sets in quite quickly, even if you shouldn't expect an improvement immediately after the first dose. It takes a little while for the effect to kick in. But I am very convinced of the effect. I am much calmer and more relaxed and can also sleep better, I am curious to see how things will continue. So far I am completely satisfied!

At the moment it has me firmly in its grip again, the annual winter depression. It usually starts in October, when the days get shorter and it gets cold and wet outside. This oppressive feeling creeps up on me and all I really want to do is hide away at home. Unfortunately, my job doesn't allow me to leave the country for long periods of time, so I have to deal with my winter depression. Sedariston has become a faithful companion over the last few years. It makes it much more bearable and the time when the days are so short and dark is much easier to cope with. Fortunately, it is already January and the time until spring is not that long!

My job on the intensive care unit often involves extreme situations. I realised that before I started there. But I wanted to help people and I still enjoy it, but unfortunately the working conditions are unbearable from time to time. After two colleagues were off sick for a long time, we were in a state of absolute emergency and I often had to work double shifts. It takes its toll on me. I could hardly sleep any more, so I looked around for something that would help me get my restlessness and sleep problems under control and fortunately found Sedariston.

I have suffered from exam anxiety for many years. It started early on at school when I would get really stressed even before small exams. Even if I was well prepared and couldn't really fail, I would get extremely nervous and make life difficult for myself. Unfortunately, it didn't get better over the years, it got worse and worse. I just about managed to pass my A-levels by hook or by crook, but when I was faced with the decision between training and studying, neither was really feasible for me. I took the path of studying and looked for ways to overcome my fear. That's how I came across Sedariston. Since I've been taking it, I can go into exams more relaxed and am no longer so nervous and stressed. I also have no problem coming off it after exams. I am very happy and grateful!
