Lunalaif® Good Sleep Combi Depot contains 1.9 mg melatonin.1 mg of this is released approximately 30 minutes after ingestion to increase sleep readiness and accelerate falling asleep.At the same time, 80 mg of gold poppy extract and 90 mg of valerian extract are released.Over the course of the night, an additional 0.9 mg of melatonin is released along with 210 mg of valerian extract.

The depot technology ensures that the active ingredients are released continuously throughout the night.This leads to better sleep without any habituation effect or daytime sleepiness.The recommended dosage is one tablet per day, taken 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

Ingredients and recommended consumption

Lunalaif® Good Sleep Combi Depot is a dietary supplement with melatonin and extracts from golden poppy and valerian root.Golden poppy seeds and valerian contribute to relaxation, while melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.For the optimal effect, 1 mg of melatonin should be taken shortly before going to bed.

The ingredients include extract and powder of valerian root, coating agents such as calcium phosphates, fillers such as cellulose, extract and powder of golden poppy, coating agents such as hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, emulsifiers, thickeners, melatonin, coloring food concentrates and anti-caking agents.

Adults (18 years and older) should take one tablet with sufficient liquid 30 minutes to 1 hour before going to bed.The recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.The product is not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and adolescents.After taking the medication, you should avoid driving or operating machines.

People taking medication should only consume melatonin after consulting a doctor or pharmacist.If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be taken.It should be stored dry, protected from light and at a temperature below 25°C.Keep out of the reach of small children.
