Use/Recommendation for use: - Stir 1 level measuring spoon of OMNi-BiOTiC Aktiv (= 2 g) into 1/8 l water 1-2 times daily. - Wait for at least 1 minute activation time - Stir again and then drink - Recommended intake: in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening before going to bed.
