Vitamin C: 80 mg (100% of the reference amount according to EU Regulation 1169/2011)

Vitamin B6: 6.1 mg (436% of the reference amount according to EU Regulation 1169/2011)

Folic acid: 600 µg (300% of the reference amount according to EU Regulation 1169/2011)

Vitamin B12: 100 µg (4,000% of the reference amount according to EU Regulation 1169/2011)

Vitamin D3: 25 µg (=1000 IU) (500% of the reference amount according to EU Regulation 1169/2011)

Magnesium: 140 mg (37% of the reference amount according to EU Regulation 1169/2011)

Iron: 3.5 mg (25% of the reference amount according to EU Regulation 1169/2011)

Ingredients

Magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, calcium ascorbate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), magnesium gluconate, magnesium carbonate, iron bisglycinate, cholecalciferol, methylcobalamin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid.
