Directions for use of the article Kijimea Synpro 20 Powder: Kijimea Synpro 20 is a food supplement consisting of 20 selected microcultures. It also contains choline, FOS, inulin and biotin. One serving contains at least 10 billion viable bacteria. The biotin helps maintain healthy mucous membranes. To take it, stir 1-3 sachets of Kijimea Synpro 20 into cold non-carbonated liquid (e.g. water, juice, yoghurt) daily and consume. It is recommended to take Kijimea Synpro 20 for at least 2 weeks.
