Darmflora plus select intens capsules are a food supplement with live lactic acid bacteria and B vitamins. They are not a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. The capsules contain 18 specialised lactic acid bacteria cultures in a dosage of 100 billion per day, as well as vitamins B2, B6, B12, biotin and folic acid. The bacterial cultures are protected against stomach and bile acids and support the physiological intestinal flora. The B vitamins contained promote the intestinal mucosa and the immune system. The recommended intake is 4 capsules per day, 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening with a meal and liquid. For continuous use, the daily amount can be reduced to 1-2 capsules. Children between 2 and 10 years of age should take half the amount. During antibiotic therapy, the capsules should be taken at a distance from the antibiotic.
