Calmalaif is a herbal medicine to improve the condition of nervous stress and to promote sleep. It contains a unique combination of four herbal ingredients: Valerian, Passionflower, Hawthorn and Black Nettle. This combination helps with a wide range of stress complaints such as sleep problems, inner restlessness and tension. Calmalaif supports the body's own regeneration and is well tolerated without causing daytime tiredness or habituation effects. The medicine is suitable for adolescents from 12 years of age and adults. It is recommended to take one to two coated tablets three times a day as needed, with a maximum daily dose of six tablets for adults. Calmalaif can be taken unchewed with sufficient liquid.
