Directions for use of the article Calmalaif coated tablets: Calmalaif are coated tablets used as a traditional herbal medicine to improve the condition of nervous stress and to promote sleep. The tablets contain a unique combination of four herbal ingredients: Valerian, Passionflower, Hawthorn and Black Nettle. These have a calming and relaxing effect and can relieve stress complaints such as sleep problems, inner restlessness and tension. Calmalaif is well tolerated and is neither addictive nor makes you tired during the day. It is suitable for adolescents from 12 years of age and adults. The recommended dosage is one to two tablets three times a day for adults and one tablet once a day for adolescents aged 12 and over. The maximum daily dose is six tablets for adults and three tablets for adolescents. The tablets should be taken unchewed with sufficient liquid. It is recommended to discuss Calmalaif with a doctor after two weeks of use if symptoms persist or the condition worsens. Further information and advice can be found in the package leaflet.
