Calmalaif® contains the following active ingredients:

29 mg dry extract from valerian roots (3 - 6:1), extractant 60% (V/V) ethanol

13 mg dry extract of passionflower herb (4 - 7:1), extractant 60% (V/V) ethanol

5.4 mg dry extract of hawthorn leaves with flowers (4 - 7:1), extractant water

4.5 mg dry extract of black nettle herb (4 - 6:1), extractant water

The other components are:

Maltodextrin, sucrose, talc, heavy magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, purified water, arabic gum, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (Ph.Eur.) Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, the product should not be used.Calmalaif contains sucrose.Please only take Calmalaif after consulting your doctor if you know that you have an intolerance to certain sugars.

Dosage

Calmalaif® can be dosed as needed and thus adapted to the type and severity of the symptoms.The application is suitable for adults and teenagers aged 12 and over.

Adults can take up to 6 tablets throughout the day, and young people aged 12 and over can take up to 3 tablets.With the practical and discreet pill box, Calmalaif® is also ideal for taking with you on the go.

There is basically no time limit for using Calmalaif®.However, if the symptoms do not improve after two weeks or even worsen, you should see a doctor to rule out other causes.

Intake

Take the medicine whole with plenty of liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water).

Patient information

The user should consult a doctor or other qualified person in a medical profession if symptoms of the disease persist or if side effects other than those mentioned occur.Simultaneous intake with liver-damaging drugs should be avoided.Stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor if you experience signs of liver damage (e.g. yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, light-colored stools, severe upper abdominal pain, nausea, loss of appetite).

There are no studies available on the effects on the ability to drive and use machines. However, when used as intended, no effects on the ability to drive and operate machines have been observed.However, if you notice that your attention is impaired, you should not actively drive or operate machines.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.The safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been adequately studied.Pregnant and breastfeeding women should therefore not take the medicine.
