Calmalaif is a herbal medicine used to improve the condition of nervous stress and to promote sleep. It contains a unique combination of four herbal ingredients: Valerian, Passionflower, Hawthorn and Black Nettle. This combination helps with stress complaints such as inner restlessness, tension and sleep problems and supports the body's own regeneration. Calmalaif is well tolerated, is not addictive and does not cause daytime sleepiness. It is suitable for young people aged 12 and over and contains no lactose or gluten. The recommended dosage for adults is one to two coated tablets three times a day. For adolescents aged 12 years and over, the maximum daily dosage is three coated tablets. It is recommended to take Calmalaif unchewed with sufficient liquid. If symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted.
