The immediate-release phase with melatonin, valerian root extract and vitamin B6 dissolves within 10 minutes. The Depot Phase with melatonin and passion flower extract works for up to 8 hours. The chrono-phase with hawthorn leaf extract and lemon balm leaf extract releases the ingredients continuously. The recommended intake is to swallow one tablet daily, unchewed, 30 minutes before bedtime with some liquid. The product is gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan. However, it is not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children and adolescents. The food supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children.
