I have been using Oyono for a good 6 months now. But I only take it when I feel I need a really good night's sleep again. It helps me very well. I fall asleep much better when I take it. I might wake up again at night, but I can go straight back to sleep and wake up feeling refreshed in the morning. However, I don't want to take it regularly every day. As you can see from the reviews here, however, everyone's body reacts differently, so just give it a try. I think the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine.

I have been taking Oyono as prescribed for 2 weeks. The day before yesterday I spoke to my GP about this and he recommended another over-the-counter medication. After taking it, I slept well again for the first time in a long time. I just feel sorry for the money I spent on Oyono. I hope other people have more success with it.
