Alluna Sleep Tablets are a herbal medicine used for sleep disorders. It contains valerian root dry extract and hop cone dry extract. The tablets should be taken by adults and adolescents aged 12 and over. The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets half an hour to an hour before bedtime. The duration of use is in principle not limited, but continuous use for 4 weeks is recommended. If symptoms do not improve or even worsen after 4 weeks, a doctor should be consulted. Alluna Sleep may cause gastrointestinal discomfort and soybean meal may cause allergic reactions. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take the medicine. The tablets should be stored at temperatures below 25 °C and away from moisture. Alluna Sleep is available in packs of 20, 25, 50, 60 and 100 film-coated tablets.
