Instructions for use for SEDARISTON Drops for the night, 50 ml
Sedariston drops for the night are a herbal medicinal product used for restlessness and nervous sleep disorders. The drops contain valerian root and lemon balm leaves as the main active ingredients. They have a calming effect and promote sleep. The recommended dosage for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age is 42 drops, half an hour to an hour before bedtime, diluted with some liquid. If necessary, an additional 42 drops can be taken in the early evening. The drops are well tolerated and can be used long-term. They help to calm the body and mind and enable restful sleep. It is advisable to read the package leaflet and consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions. It should be noted that the drops contain 65% alcohol by volume and are therefore not suitable for children under 12 years of age. For a long time I have been looking for a product that specifically helps me to combat my inner restlessness in the evening and also helps me to fall asleep better. I have found it with Sedariston. The combination of valerian and lemon balm makes me feel calmer. I usually take it 1-2 hours before I go to bed. Then I sit in front of the TV for a while and notice how I become more relaxed. Then I go to bed and fall asleep without any problems. This used to go on for hours. I feel much better the next day. Sleep is extremely important to me and now I've finally found something that helps me to get it.
