Nerve Rest Valerian Forte 600 is used for mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.It is suitable for teenagers aged 12 and over and adults.

Dosage and application

The usual dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is one coated tablet up to twice daily to treat mild nervous tension.To treat sleep disorders, it is recommended to take a coated tablet half an hour to an hour before bedtime.If necessary, an additional coated tablet can be taken earlier in the evening.The coated tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid, preferably a glass of water.It is recommended to take the medicine over a period of 2 to 4 weeks.If symptoms do not improve or worsen after two weeks of continuous use, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted.

Composition

Active ingredient: valerian root dry extract (3-6:1), extractant: ethanol 70% (V/V) - 600 mg.Excipients: sucrose, talc, glucose syrup dry matter, cellulose powder, calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, colloidal, crospovidone, titanium dioxide, clay, white, arabic gum, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, macrogol 6000, cellulose, microcrystalline, stearic acid, glycerol, iron oxides and hydroxides, montan glycol wax.

Contraindications

The medicine should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, in children under 12 years, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.If you are allergic to certain substances such as spices, essential oils, turpentine oil, cinnamon, birch, poplar buds, propolis, valerian, turmeric, rosin, talc, arabic gum, propylene glycol or polyethylene glycol, you should proceed with caution.
