Instructions for use for ilon ointment classic, 100 g
Application and effectiveness of ilon® ointment classic
The ilon® ointment classic is a herbal solution for skin inflammation. It helps with various types of skin inflammation, such as pimples, inflamed hair follicles, razor bumps, ingrown hairs, hair follicle inflammation, hair root inflammation, inflammation around the nails, small foreign bodies under the skin, sweat gland inflammation and scratched, inflamed mosquito bites or insect bites.
The ointment contains a unique active complex of larch balsam, maritime pine and eucalyptus oil. These ingredients support healing and relieve typical symptoms such as redness, tightness, pain and swelling, even if pus forms.
Since 1929, ilon® has stood for natural effectiveness in treating skin inflammation. The ilon® ointment classic is the further development of the proven ilon abscess ointment. The central active ingredient, the larch balm, is harvested gently and by hand exclusively in Tyrol. The properties of the balm ensure that it can penetrate to the source of inflammation and develop its full effect there.Combined with essential oils, an effective, natural active complex is created.
Skin inflammation is often caused by bacteria that penetrate through the smallest skin injuries. The ilon® ointment classic has an antibacterial effect, specifically combats the cause of the inflammation and thus helps to quickly contain the infection - without any antibiotics, hydrocortisone or cortisone. As an anti-inflammatory ointment, ilon® reduces inflammatory substances and at the same time promotes the removal of waste materials such as pus due to its circulation-promoting properties. In this way, ilon® gently removes the inflammation from the skin and supports natural healing.

ilon® ointment classic - naturally strong for skin inflammation
Redness, swelling, a feeling of tension or pressure pain - with or without the formation of pus: bacterial skin inflammation is usually noticeable and often painful. It's good to have ilon ointment classic at hand, a herbal solution that effectively fights the bacteria that trigger the inflammation and at the same time relieves the symptoms. In this way, natural healing is specifically supported - thanks to a special mechanism of action that treats both the cause and the symptoms.
ilon ointment classic specifically dampens the inflammatory reaction of the skin - the body's natural defense - so that redness and swelling decrease and pressure pain can be relieved. The ointment supports natural healing. Thanks to its blood circulation-promoting properties, ilon ointment classic - also known as the “green ointment” - supports the targeted removal of waste materials such as pus and thus contributes to supporting healing.
Many products work reliably against germs - but only a few treat the cause and symptoms at the same time and thus support healing in a natural way.The herbal ilon ointment classic is a proven traditional medicine that can be used effectively in various areas of application.
Small or incipient abscesses: pus-filled skin nodules or nodules that may be tender, tender, and painful. If the abscess is treated early, it can usually be easily controlled. The herbal active complex of the ilon ointment classic ensures a reduction in redness and swelling thanks to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, reduces pressure pain and can reduce the risk of further spread.
Razor bumps and hair follicle inflammation: An ingrown hair, skin irritation after shaving or epilation can cause painful redness, small pimples or itching. If left untreated, these inflammations, often colloquially referred to as “hair root inflammation”, can progress to boils or even carbuncles. This problem affects many men, but also women - especially under the armpits or in the sensitive intimate area. What is needed here is a proven solution that can be used inconspicuously, is relatively odorless and can also be easily used under laundry, such as ilon ointment classic, “the green ointment”.
Inflammation around the nail & before nail bed inflammation develops: A little carelessness during a manicure or pedicure, injured cuticle - or inflammation caused by an ingrown toenail - can quickly lead to a harmless injury becoming an inflammation. If treated in a timely manner, painful nail bed infections can often be avoided.Daily treatment with ilon ointment classic combats inflammation and bacteria without restricting everyday life.
Pimples & Pustules: Nodules lying under the skin, inflamed pustules or pus pimples often arise exactly when you can least use them.Whether on the face, back or groin: They are stubborn, painful and usually take longer to heal. The “green pulling ointment” supports the skin in relieving inflammation and promoting healing.
The anti-inflammatory ilon ointment classic is also a good recommendation in these cases: Foreign bodies in the skin: If splinters, splinters, thorns or other small foreign bodies get into the skin, the body usually reacts with an inflammatory reaction in order to remove them.
Sweat gland inflammation: Often manifests itself as small nodules or pimples and is more common than you think - even if the term is unknown to many.Typical places are the chest, armpits or groin, i.e. anywhere where there are a lot of sweat glands. Please note: If you have acne inversa, you should always consult a doctor.
Itching & Scratching, such as when bitten by a mosquito: When the skin itches, it is often difficult to suppress the impulse to scratch. This can damage the skin barrier, allowing bacteria to reach deeper layers of the skin and trigger inflammation.
Ointments that are very visible or have an intense smell can be disruptive to everyday life.ilon ointment classic is transparent green, almost colorless on the skin, has a subtle scent and can be easily integrated into your daily routine.
The ointment is versatile and easy to use in everyday life - ideal for the medicine cabinet and for anyone who wants to react quickly at the first signs of inflammation.
Frequently Asked Questions & Answers
How can I prevent skin inflammation when shaving?Basically, every shave irritates the skin, which is why razor bumps and other skin infections cannot be completely avoided. To prevent this, we recommend taking a warm shower or bath before shaving to soften your skin and hair.Additionally use a mild shaving foam and high-quality shaving products with sufficiently sharp blades. If you are prone to skin irritation, it is recommended to use an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory ointment after shaving.
What is the difference between ilon® ointment classic and black ointment?“Black” pulling ointments are mono-preparations that contain the active ingredient ammonium bituminosulfonate (sulfonated shale oil) in different concentrations depending on the area of application. The “green” traction ointment ilon® ointment classic is based on a combination of plant-based active ingredients.
