With these magnesium capsules you can easily and effectively cover your magnesium requirements. After initially only taking them after sport, I now sometimes take them every day as they are good for me in stressful times.

Other MG capsules only contain the poorly soluble oxide; this one also contains an organic salt. The price is also quite fair, about 30 cents per capsule - I think that's okay. I take it for my migraine attacks and it helps me
