Cosmopor® Advance is a modern wound dressing that is suitable for both postoperative wound care and the sterile treatment of minor injuries, especially in patients with sensitive skin.The dressing is equipped with the innovative DryBarrier® technology, which ensures that the wound exudate is effectively absorbed and is not released again even under pressure.This allows the bandage to be worn for longer and provides a clean, dry feeling.

The sterile, self-adhesive wound dressing consists of a soft carrier fleece and a highly absorbent wound pad.The advanced technology reliably protects the wound area from rewetting and thus offers more safety and comfort during the healing process.Cosmopor® Advance is ideal for wounds with normal to high exudate production and is suitable for both postoperative applications and daily wound care.

Material composition

The back and the backing material of the bandage are made of fleece.The transparent adhesive is based on synthetic rubber.The wound pad consists of a wound contact layer made of polyethylene mesh and an absorption layer made of viscose.
