This bandage is equipped with the innovative DryBarrier® technology.This allows the wound exudate to be absorbed into the wound pad and not released again - even under pressure.Thanks to its high absorbency and minimal rewetting, the Post-OP-bandage can remain on the wound for longer.Cosmopor® Advance consists of a soft carrier fleece and a highly absorbent wound pad.
