Directions for use of the article Magnetrans ultra 375 mg capsules: Magnetrans® ultra 375 mg capsules are a food supplement that provides an additional supply of magnesium. With just one capsule a day, you can cover 100% of your daily magnesium requirements and replenish your body's magnesium depots. The capsules contain 375 mg of magnesium and are lactose- and gluten-free and suitable for vegans. Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age should take one capsule daily with sufficient liquid. The intake is independent of the time of day or meal. It is recommended to take the capsules regularly for at least four to six weeks to sufficiently fill the magnesium stores. Magnesium has various positive effects on well-being, such as supporting normal nervous system function, normal mental function and normal muscle function. It also helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and plays a role in normal energy metabolism and electrolyte balance. In addition, magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Please note that food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Bought on recommendation and I can pass it on with a clear conscience. Works quickly in case of magnesium deficiency (signs e.g. muscle pulling pain). Simply take with water and it works quickly! Great and really excellent for the price

Everything is just right here Stada. I knew Magnetrans Ultra from a colleague and now take it regularly for my joints and directly after the gym. Muscle twitching is usually an indication of a mag. deficiency, so Magnetrans Ultra acts like a real boost.
