Summary: Aminoplus sleep complex tablets are a food supplement containing melatonin, 5-HTP, folic acid, magnesium, vitamin B6, glycine, GABA and taurine. Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Magnesium supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and mental function. Vitamin B6 regulates hormone activity and protein and glycogen metabolism. Folic acid promotes blood formation and the immune system. Adults should take 3 tablets with liquid in the evening about 30 minutes before going to bed. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
