Klosterfrau Seda-Plantina coated tablets are a herbal medicine that is used to calm you down.It is used for restlessness and nervous-related problems falling asleep.The tablets contain passion flower herb, lemon balm leaves and valerian root, which work together to relieve internal tension and promote relaxation.

Mode of action

The passion flower herb in Klosterfrau Seda-Plantina coated tablets helps to relieve internal tension and has a stress-reducing and calming effect.Lemon balm leaves support relaxation if you have trouble falling asleep due to nervousness.Valerian root helps maintain performance and has a calming, stress-relieving and sleep-promoting effect.

Active ingredients and ingredients

One coated tablet of Klosterfrau Seda-Plantina coated tablets contains the following active ingredients: 150 mg dry extract of valerian root (3 - 6: 1), extractant ethanol 70% (v/v), 125 mg dry extract of lemon balm leaves (3 - 7: 1), extractant ethanol 30% (m/m), and 110 mg dry extract of passion flower herb (5 - 7: 1), extractantEthanol 60% (v/v).

The other ingredients include sucrose (sucrose), maltodextrin, cellulose powder, macrogol 6000, talc, glucose syrup, cellactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, titanium dioxide E 171, povidone 25, magnesium stearate, carnauba wax, iron oxide hydrate x H₂O E 172 and iron (III) oxide E 172.

Dosage

If you are restless, you can take 1 coated tablet up to 3 times a day.If necessary, 2 coated tablets can be taken up to 3 times.If you have trouble falling asleep, 2 coated tablets 0.5 hours to 1 hour before bedtime are recommended.If necessary, an additional 2 coated tablets can be taken earlier in the evening.

The coated tablet should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid, preferably a glass of drinking water.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.

Notes

The product contains glucose, lactose and sucrose.Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.
