Instructions for use for Orthomol Vital m

No prescription is required for this product.Orthomol Vital m is a dietary supplement with sugars and sweeteners that contains important micronutrients for the nervous system and energy metabolism.It is lactose and gluten free.

Use and consumption recommendations

Stir the contents of one sachet into 150 to 200 ml of still water every day and take with or after a meal together with the tablet and capsules.

Storage

It is best to store Orthomol Vital m in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children.

Orthomol Vital m contains the following vitamins per daily portion:

Orthomol Vital m contains a separate iodine tablet.If you have thyroid dysfunction, you should talk to your doctor before taking it.If you have impaired glucose tolerance, you should only use the product under careful metabolic control, as it contains 11 g of carbohydrates per daily serving.Orthomol Vital m contains 165 µg biotin per daily serving, which can influence laboratory tests (immunoassays).Please inform your doctor or laboratory staff about taking Orthomol Vital m if you are having such a test carried out.

Due to the riboflavin (vitamin B2) content, the urine can turn yellow.The product contains strong staining beta-carotene, which may cause stains on clothing that are difficult to remove.In individual cases, slight belching may occur due to the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) contained in the capsules.To avoid belching, you can take the capsules before bedtime.The gelatine it contains comes from beef.
